Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
At the same time, heat half of the oil in a pan over high heat. In the meantime, cut the chicken into bites and salt and pepper.

Add the vegetables, salt and pepper to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, stir occasionally.
Next, add the cashew and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
Lastly, add the cooked pasta with the chicken and cover. Cook for a few minutes until take flavor.
Remove from heat and serve.
