When the pan is hot, add the remaining oil with the cauliflower and bell pepper.
Season with turmeric or curry, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir occasionally for 6-8 minutes. If it is not tender after the time has elapsed, cover and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
Serve and, if you wish, you can add chopped parsley o scallion.
