  • Potato1 medium (180 g)

    Place two pots filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes in one pot and in the other, add the corn.

    Let the potatoes boil for 12 minutes and the corn for 12-15 minutes. Once done, remove, drain and set aside.

    To make the patties, first chop the garlic and mix with the beef and breadcrumbs.

    Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and shape the patties with your hands. Refrigerate.
