  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Tomato1 count (130 g)
  • Cilantro1 tablespoon (3 g)
  • Cream1 tablespoon (14 ml)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    Step 1

    Peel and dice the potato. Boil in salted water for 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Make a cross cut on top of the tomato of only a finger deep.

    Put the tomato in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Then, remove and drain.

    In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the garlic paste or powder, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Optional: Add chopped parsley.

    Mix well and shape the meatballs. Take to the fridge.

    Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil and add the meatballs.

    Blend until obtaining an even sauce. Add liquid carefully until you obtain your desired texture.
