For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Cut the pork meat into slices and chunks. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Place a pan over high heat. Once heated, add half of the oil, lower the heat to medium and sear the pork for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Remove the pork and add a beaten egg, stir, turn off and set aside.
Place a wok over high heat. Once heated, add the remaining oil and add the onion with salt to taste. Stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 more minutes over medium-low heat.
Add the spinach previously washed and cut in quarters. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add the paprika, rice, cumin, egg and pork. Stir.
Season to taste and serve.
