Place the pork fillet in the mixture and marinate for a few minutes.
Peel the turnip until the thick part is removed and grate or cut into thin strips. Add salt and massage with your hands. Let stand.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the pork with the marinade.
Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the pork.
When flipping the pork, add the chopped scallions to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes and set aside.
Peel and grate the carrot. If desired, add a few pieces of shredded or grated zucchini.
