    In a bowl mix the soy sauce, oil, garlic paste or powder, grated ginger and a pinch of salt.

    Place the pork fillet in the mixture and marinate for a few minutes.

    Peel the turnip until the thick part is removed and grate or cut into thin strips. Add salt and massage with your hands. Let stand.
