For this recipe you need to have the pork meat previously ground or shredded.
Knead the pork meat with previously chopped garlic and parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and egg yolk.
Shape the pork meatballs and brown with half of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
In another pan, heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the previously chopped onion for 7 minutes over low heat.
Next, add the chopped tomato, season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
Once the time has passed, add the peas, white wine, pork meatballs and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Season to taste and serve.
