For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
Add salt and pepper to taste to the pork and cut into bites. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
Once heated, add the pork and brown all its sides for 4 minutes over medium heat.
In the meantime, peel and cut the carrot into strips and then cut the green beans into pieces.
Add to the pan, cover and lower the heat to medium-low. Continue cooking for 8-10 minutes while stirring from time to time.
Add salt and pepper to taste and, if you want, a pinch of paprika and/or oregano. You can also add some water at the bottom.
Remove once cooked as desired and serve the stew with quinoa.
