For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt. Cut off the ends of the green beans.
Once boiling, add the green beans and cook for about 6 minutes. Then remove and drain.
Meanwhile, place a pan over high heat, season the pork with salt and pepper and cut into strips. Chop the garlic.
Once heated, pour 2/3 of the oil and add the pork. Brown for 4-6 minutes, stirring over medium heat.
Chop the green beans and add to the pan with the garlic.
Season with soy sauce, paprika and salt and pepper.
Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes. Turn off.
Heat another pan over medium heat.
Once heated, add the rest of the oil and spread. Break the egg.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the egg white sets. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Serve the rice with the stir-fried pork, beans and egg.
