For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
Peel the carrot, slice half and dice the rest. Put the carrot in a pot with boiling water and boil for 6 minutes. Drain.
At the same time, heat the grill over high heat and season the pork with salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the pork. Brown both sides for 4-6 minutes over medium heat.
