  • Blackberries1/2 cup (75 g)
  • Kiwi1 count (75 g)
  • Grapes1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Chia Seeds1/2 tablespoon (5 g)
  • Protein Powder1 scoop (30 g)

    For this recipe you need to have the blackberries previously frozen along with half of the kiwi. If you wish, you can set aside some blackberries to garnish.

    In the blender cup, place the yogurt together with the protein, blackberries and frozen kiwi.
