For this recipe you need cooked quinoa. If not, the following two instructions will show how to cook the quinoa.

Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time until the quinoa is cooked and has absorbed the water.
Dilute the cornstarch in a glass with 2 tablespoons of milk and place the rest of the milk together with the cocoa powder in a pot over medium heat.
Before it reaches boiling point, add the cooked quinoa and add the diluted cornstarch gradually. Stir constantly until thickened.
Add more water if required.
Meanwhile, peel and cut the apple into thin slices. Separately, chop the chocolate (you can replace it with cocoa nibs).
Pour the quinoa in a bowl, add the stevia and mix well. Add apple, chopped chocolate and pecans. Optional: Sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon.
