  • Cocoa Powder1/2 tablespoon (7 g)
  • Banana1 medium (130 g)
  • Peanut Butter1/2 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Oats2 tablespoon (20 g)
  • Coconut Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)

    For the smoothie: The banana will need to be frozen. If you want, you can also freeze the yogurt.

    Put the yogurt, cocoa powder, peanut butter and banana in the blende. Optional: You can use stevia to sweeten.

    Blend everything for about 1 minute or until integrated.

    Heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, pour the coconut oil (or the one you have), add the oats and brown.
