  • Bowtie Pasta1/2 fist (80 g)
  • Tomato1 count (130 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Pork150 g
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

    Boil the pasta in water for the time indicated on the package.

    Peel the garlic and make a cross cut at the top of the tomato of only a finger deep.

    Put the tomato and garlic in a pot with boiling water for 5 minutes.

    Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the pork. Let cook each side for 8 minutes while stirring occasionally.

    Once the sauce is ready, pour the remaining oil, stir and add the pasta with the pork. Mix well.

    Serve the pasta with the pork and if you have oregano or basil, sprinkle on top.
