Instructions
Place the pasta in a pot with boiling water and boil according to the time indicated on the package. Set aside.
Peel the garlic and make a cross-shaped cut at the top of the tomato of approximately one finger deep.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Serve the pasta with shrimp in red sauce. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
