For this recipe you need to have cooked rice.
Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Add the broccoli in the same pot of the corn with 3-4 minutes remaining and boil.
Once the vegetables are tender, remove and drain.
