For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime cut the beef into strips and add salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour half the oil and the beef.
Sear all the sides of the beef until browned. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the garlic, cut the bell pepper and the spinach leaves.
Add the garlic with the bell pepper. Saute with the beef over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the spinach, mix and cover so the beef releases its juice. Stir from time to time until the spinach has reduced its volume.
Finally, add the rice and mix well. Let cook for some more minutes for a better flavour and remove.
At the same time, heat the remaining oil over medium heat in another pan and crack the egg.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the white sets. Remove and add salt and pepper.
Serve the rice with beef, vegetables and egg hot.
