For this recipe you need cooked rice. You also need a lean cut of pork.
Heat a pan over high heat. While heating, season the pork with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil. Sear the pork on both sides or until browned. Remove and set aside.
Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and stir-fry the mushrooms with the onion for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Next, add the soy sauce, paprika and broth.
Separately, mix the cornstarch with 1 or 2 tablespoons of water and add to the sauce. Stir.
Add the seared pork and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the meat is tender.
Serve the previously sliced pork on a plate and pour the mushroom sauce. Serve with white rice.
