Chop the bell pepper and cut the beef into bites.
Chop the cauliflower for some seconds or blend in a food processor.
Then crack the egg in a bowl and add the whites. Add a pinch of salt and whisk using a fork.
Heat half the oil in a pan. Once heated, add each side of the beef with a pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan and add the bell pepper with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the cauliflower, mix well and cook for 3 more minutes. If you have, you can cover the pan.
Pour the eggs and let cook for 30 seconds. Then stir constantly and turn off.
