For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and put in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.
For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, paprika powder, mustard, garlic paste or powder and water (two times the soy sauce amount) in a bowl.
Cut the seitan into even sticks. Marinate with the mixture.
If you have enough time, let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and once heated, add the boiled broccoli.
Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until browned. You can also cook it in a grill.
Serve with the rice.
