Peel the shrimps. Remove the black line at the back and wash.
Chop the garlic and cut the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
You can use any bell pepper you want: red, green or both.
Heat a the oil in a pan over high-medium heat.
Once heated, add the oil, the vegetables and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
Add the shrimps and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes while stirring from time to time. Add salt and pepper.
Heat each side of the tortillas for 30 seconds so they are softer and easier to use.
Place the filling on the tortilla and serve the shrimp fajitas.
