  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Broccoli1 cup (90 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Parsley1/2 tablespoon (2 g)
  • Rosemary1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Olive Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    Step 1

    Peel and cut the potatoes into even pieces. Boil with a garlic clove for 8-10 minutes until the potato is soft but doesn't fall apart.

    In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the garlic paste or powder, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Optional: You can add some chopped parsley.

    Mix well and shape the small patties with your hands. Take to the fridge.

    Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, pour half the oil and add the patties.
