  • Ground Beef150 g
  • Garlic Paste1 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Tomato1 count (130 g)
  • Breadcrumbs1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)

    Boil the pasta in water with a little salt according to the time indicated on the package. Once ready, remove and drain.

    At the same time, make a cross-shaped cut at the top of the tomato of approximately one finger deep.

    Place the tomato in a pot of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove and blend. Set aside.

    Lower the heat, cover and cook everything together for about 8 more minutes.
