For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Season the fish with half of the lemon juice, salt and pepper. You can grate the lemon peel.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add half of the oil and spread.
Once the grill is heated, add the fish, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
When flipping, add a pinch of paprika and remove when desired doneness is reached.
Simultaneously, cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and place in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt.
Boil for 3 minutes until tender. Remove, drain and set aside.
Season the asparagus with the remaining oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the lemon fish with asparagus and rice.
