Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Heat the pan over high heat. While heating, cut the beef into strips and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add half of the oil, spread and add the beef.
Reduce the heat to medium and sear. Stir occasionally and set aside when seared after approximately 4 minutes.
Simultaneously, chop the onion and cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
In the same pan over medium-high heat, heat the remaining oil.
Once heated, add the onion and bell pepper with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the beef and cook together for about 5 more minutes.
Season with ground garlic and paprika. Add the pasta and mix with the stir-fried mixture to flavor it.
Serve hot.
