For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Cut off the ends of the green beans, cut the rest and heat water in a pot with a pinch of salt.
Once boiling, add the green beans and let boil for 5 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
Next, heat a big pan or wok over medium heat while you cut the chicken into bites.
Once heated, add the oil and the chicken breast.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until browned.
Chop the onion and the celery, and cut the garlic into strips. Add to the pan with a pinch of salt and stir-fry with the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Season with cumin and salt and pepper. Add the green beans with the peanut to the pan. Optional: Add a pinch of turmeric.
Stir and let cook for some minutes. Remove from heat.
On a plate serve the green beans, peanuts and the rice.
