For this recipe you need to have cooked rice.
Preheat a oven or air fryer at 355 °F (180 °C).
Remove the pulp from tomato with a tablespoon.
Heat a pan over high heat. Meanwhile chop the garlic with the pulp.
Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the beef together with the garlic, salt and pepper. Lower to medium heat.
After 6-7 minutes, add the pulp and continue cooking over medium-high heat for 5-6 more minutes.
Once done, stuff the tomatoes with the mixture and cover them with Mozzarella cheese.
Place the stuffed tomatoes in the oven and cook for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melts.
Remove and serve with rice.
