Once heated, add and sear both sides of the tofu until browned.
In the meantime, for the seasoning, chop well the garlic and parsley. Mix with oregano, the remaining oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Strip the carrots.
In the same pan, stir-fry for 5 minutes the carrot with a bit of the previous mixture for better flavor.
Assemble the sandwich by placing the tofu slices, carrot and the seasoning.
