  • Parsley2 tablespoon (8 g)
  • Oregano1 tablespoon (4 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Red Wine Vinegar1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

    While you heat half the oil in a pan, drain well the tofu and slice it.

    Once heated, add and sear both sides of the tofu until browned.

    In the meantime, for the seasoning, chop well the garlic and parsley. Mix with oregano, the remaining oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
