For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the tomato with the garlic.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the tomato with the garlic and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5-8 minutes until the tomato releases its juice.
Then cut the chicken into pieces. After the cooking time of the tomato, add the chicken with the remaining oil.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8 minutes while stirring from time to time. If necessary, add some water.
Once ready, add the cooked quinoa, sliced olives and mix well.
