Peel and dice the potato. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until soft.
Next, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, it must be chopped. You can use the blender but be careful it's not too shredded.
In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken with half the garlic paste and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add some chopped parsley.

Serve the mashed potatoes with the sauced meatballs on top. Sprinkle with chopped scallion.
