  • Tomato1 count (130 g)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)
  • Breadcrumbs1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Potato1 medium (180 g)
  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Butter1/2 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Scallion1 tablespoon (5 g)

    Peel and dice the potato. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until soft.

    Next, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, it must be chopped. You can use the blender but be careful it's not too shredded.

    In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken with half the garlic paste and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add some chopped parsley.

    Stir until well blended. If it's too dry, you can add some water.

    Shape the meatballs with your hands and let sit in the fridge for some minutes.

    For the sauce: Make a cross cut of only a finger deep.

    Put the tomato in a pot with boiling water and let boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove, drain and blend. Set aside.

    Once boiling, lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the meatballs.

    Once the potatoes are soft, remove and drain. Mash until creamy, mix with butter, milk and salt and pepper.
