Boil the egg in a pot for 8-10 minutes. Once ready, remove, let cool and peel.
In the meantime, preheat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Chop the onion and add to the pan once heated.
Cook for 7 minutes while stirring from time to time until the onion is translucent. Remove.
Drain the canned tuna and mix with the onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven over 356°F (180°C)
Put the pie crust on the mold and, on top of it, add the tuna and onion mixture.
Slice the egg and put on top of the filling.
Cut the fresh cheese and spread on top of the pie.
Cook the pie in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is browned.
Remove, let cool for some minutes and remove from the mold.
