Clean the turkey meat and dice, it should be well minced. You can use the food processor but careful, it shouldn't be shredded.
Mix the turkey meat with the ground garlic and the breadcrumb in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and, if you want, you can add a little bit of chopped parsley.
Stir so the ingredients mix. If it's too dry, you can add a bit of water.
Shape the meatballs with your hands. Let it sit in the fridge while you heat half the oil in a medium heated pan.
Cook the meatballs for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove and let sit.
At the same time, chop the garlic, onion and tomato.
On the same pan, stir-fry the onion and garlic with the remaining oil for 5 minutes or until translucent.
Next, add the chopped tomato, tomato sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. You can add a bay leaf to make it more flavorful.
When it boils, lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the meatballs so they soak in the sauce.
After 5 minutes or when you get your desired consistency, remove and serve hot.
