Cut the turkey breast into very small pieces. It should be chopped. You can use the food processor but make sure that it is not too finely chopped.
Chop the garlic.
In a bowl mix the turkey meat with half of the garlic and flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add the herbs of your choice.
Mix well until you get a dough. If it is too dry, you can add just a little water.
Shape into a patty with your hands. Let it rest in the refrigerator.
Preheat the pan. Once heated, pour half of the oil and spread it.
Add the patty and reduce the heat to medium.
Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.
Simultaneously, heat the remaining oil in another pan.
Cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the pan along with the garlic.
Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel the avocado and cut into wedges.
Assemble the burger by placing the turkey patty, bell peppers, avocado and lettuce between the buns.
