Instructions
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt following the time indicated on the package. Once done, remove and drain.
Peel the garlic and make a cross-shaped cut at the top of the tomato of about one finger deep.
Place the tomato together with the garlic in a pot with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
Once the time is over, remove, blend and set aside. If you wish, you can keep some tomato pieces to give it another texture.
At the same time, chop the turkey and heat half of the oil in the same pan over medium-high heat.
Once heated, add the turkey, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Once browned, add the prepared sauce with the green beans cut into pieces.
Add more water if required. Then, add salt and pepper to taste, cover, lower to medium heat and continue cooking for 6-7 more minutes.
Once done, remove from heat.
Place the pasta on a plate and pour the remaining oil. Add the turkey, tomato and green beans.
