Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water. Boil for 12 minutes, remove and drain.
Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Add to the same pot with the corn when 3 minutes are left.
When the vegetables are tender, remove and drain.
At the same time, season the fish with half of the oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the grill over high heat. Once heated, add the fish and cook, covered, for 5-6 minutes.
If you wish, you can add a little water to the bottom of the grill.
When the fish is cooked to the desired doneness, remove.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the remaining oil.
Chop the garlic and stir-fry together with the corn and broccoli.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir occasionally.
After a few minutes, remove from heat.
