For this recipe you can replace common flour with oat flour.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and put in a pot with boiling water. Let boil for 3 minutes.
Remove and drain well to remove the extra water.
If you want, you can chop the cauliflower and the basil leaves in a food processor or you can finely chop them using a knife.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the vegetables.
Add the flour and mix from side to side. Add salt and pepper to taste and then season with garlic paste or powder. Optional: Add a pinch of turmeric or curry.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and once heated, pour the oil and spread.
Using a spoon add the mixture and mash shaping the fritters.
Cook each side for 2 minutes until browned. Set aside.
