  • Cheese2 slice (50 g)
  • Oats2 tablespoon (20 g)

  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon (15 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (10 ml)

    For this recipe, you need cooked lentils. Blend the oats until powdery.

    Preheat half the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, chop the onion.

    Once heated, add the onion to the pan with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.

    Once the onion gets translucent, add the chopped or grated carrot. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
