For this recipe, you need cooked lentils. Blend the oats until powdery.
Preheat half the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, chop the onion.
Once heated, add the onion to the pan with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Once the onion gets translucent, add the chopped or grated carrot. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
Place the cooked lentils in a bowl and mash. You can also use a hand blender.
Add the stir-fry with the oats, egg and salt and pepper to taste. Season however you prefer, you can use ground garlic, curry, paprika, etc.
Once done, make the burgers and cook each side for 2-4 minutes in a heated grill with the remaining oil. Remove.
For the salad, slice the radish. You can add some green leaves.
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and serve with the lentil burgers.
