For this recipe, you need cooked corn and rice.
First, put the textured soy protein in a big bowl and cover with hot water (almost boiling), to hydrate.
Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce for better flavor. Let cook for 10 minutes until it duplicates its size.
In the meantime, chop the onion and heat a pan over high heat. Once heated, put half the oil and spread.
Put the onion, add salt and pepper to taste and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Turn off.
Once ready, put the textured soy protein in a pan and let cook for 10-12 minutes while stirring from time to time. Season with pepper, salt and paprika.
In the meantime, mix the rice with the raisins and corn. Add the remaining oil.
Serve the rice with soy meat and mix.
