For this recipe you need rolled oats.
Next, you can replace the raisins with dried blueberries and the honey with the agave syrup or your favorite one.
Preheat your oven to 375° F (190° C)
Chop the pecans and raisins (optional but recommended.)
Put the oat, pecans, raisins, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and oil in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Peel the apples. Remove the core of the upper part of the apples using a hole cutter or a spoon and a knife and make a hole so you have the space to add the filling. Be careful you don't empty the bottom part of the apple.
Put the apples in a baking tray in a vertical position. Make sure they stay still.
