Clean the fish and add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the grill over high heat.
Once heated, pour the oil and add the fish. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.
In the meantime, mix the butter with chopped garlic and pepper.
Once you remove the fish, add the mixture and stir until the butter melts. Then add the milk.
Put the fish back in the pan and let cook for 1 minute with the sauce. Turn off.
At the same time, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and put in a pot with boiling water.
Let boil for 3 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove, stop cooking process with cold water and drain. Season with lemon juice.
Serve the garlic fish with broccoli on a plate.
Optional: you can add some fresh tomato. You can also season with some herbs like oregano, rosemary and/or cilantro leaves.
