Soak the chicken in half the oil and half the turmeric. Add salt and pepper and set aside.
Then peel the carrot and potato, and cut into pieces.
Heat the pot over medium heat. Once heated, add the chicken and cook each side for 2 minutes. Remove.
Then pour the remaining oil, spread and add the carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and add the potato.
Add salt and pepper, oregano and a water jet. Add the chicken on top and cover.
Cook for 10-12 minutes while stirring from time to time. If necessary, add more water.
Once the potatoes are ready, season to taste and serve hot.
