  • Snow Peas1 cup (100 g)
  • Broccoli1 cup (90 g)
  • Corn1/2 unidad (125 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Oil2 teaspoon (7 ml)

    For this recipe you can add Chinese mushrooms. You can also replace the corn with baby corn.

    Shell the corn and place in a pot with boiling water. Let it boil for 12-15 minutes.

    Next, remove, drain and set aside.

    Place a griddle pan or pan over high heat. While heating, drain and slice the tofu.

    Once heated, pour half of the oil, spread, add the tofu and brown on all sides. Remove and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil in another pan. While heating, chop the garlic and cut the broccoli into florets.

    Once heated, stir-fry the garlic with the broccoli and snow peas for about 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time.

    Add the cooked corn and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Optional: Add Chinese cinnamon and/or ginger powder.
