For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Boil water in a pot over high heat. Add a pinch of salt.
Dice the potato and add. After 2 minutes, add the diced carrot.
After 6-8 minutes, drain all together.
Then preheat a pan over medium-high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the ground beef.
