  • Milk1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Cornstarch1 teaspoon (3 g)
  • Nutmeg1 pinch (1 g)

    Heat a pot with water over high heat. In the meantime, peel and dice the potato evenly.

    Once boiling, let boil for 8-12 minutes or until it's soft but doesn't fall apart.

    Next, heat a big pan over high heat. In the meantime, chop half the garlic and slice the mushrooms.

    Once heated, add 1/3 of the oil, the garlic and mushrooms with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Dilute the cornstarch in the milk and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Pour on the mushrooms until thickened.

    At the same time, heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken breast.
