  • Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Tomato Sauce2 tablespoon (28 g)
  • Bell Pepper2 slice (20 g)

    For this recipe you need oat flour. If you don't have oat flour available, simply add rolled oats to a blender and blitz until you have a powdery flour. Set aside.

    Mix the oat flour with water (1 1/2 of the indicated amount of oats but in ml) and let sit for 5 minutes.

    Next, cut the beef into thin strips and chop the vegetables. If you have garlic, chop some and add.

    Heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour the oil, spread and then add the vegetables.

    Smash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. If you want, add tomato, onion and chopped cilantro.
