Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into small pieces. Wash and cut off the ends of the green beans.
Boil the sweet potato in a pot for 8-10 minutes. Six minutes before removing, add the green beans and drain.
Then heat a pan over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the fish.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the fish. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes.
Once the sweet potato is ready, mash and add the butter with the milk. Mix well.
Then season the green beans with the remaining oil and lemon juice if desired.
Serve the fish with the mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
