    First, place the soy meat in a big bowl and cover with hot water (almost boiling), to hydrate.

    Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce for better flavor. Let cook for 10 minutes until it duplicates its size.

    In the meantime, chop the bell pepper and onion. Heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour the oil and spread.

    Put the onion with the bell peppers and add salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the onion is translucent and turn off.
