Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce for better flavor. Let cook for 10 minutes until it duplicates its size.
In the meantime, chop the bell pepper and onion. Heat a pan over high heat and, once heated, pour the oil and spread.
Put the onion with the bell peppers and add salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until the onion is translucent and turn off.
Once hydrated, add the soy meat to a pot and let cook for 10-12 minutes while stirring from time to time. Season with salt and pepper.
After that time, add the broth, increase the heat and cook for 8-10 more minutes.
Remove and serve.
