  • Onion1/4 count (38 g)
  • Tomato1 count (130 g)
  • Garlic1 clove (3 g)
  • Oil1 teaspoon (5 ml)
  • Bell Pepper1/2 count (60 g)

    Peel the garlic and make a cross cut of about a finger deep at the top of the tomato.

    Place the tomato and garlic in a pot filled with boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
