For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Chop the onion, garlic and tomato. Set aside.
Place a pot over high heat. Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the onion, garlic and tomato.

Blitz again with the remaining half.
Place the previously cooked beans and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
Season to taste and serve.
